These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI-powered voice assistant and SMS services operated by Aiden Brovold ("we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with our services — including calling a phone number handled by our AI assistant or receiving SMS messages — you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

We provide AI-powered voice assistant services to businesses, including:

• Automated call answering and routing
• Appointment scheduling and reservation booking
• Missed call follow-up via SMS
• Appointment reminders via SMS
• General business information and customer support

Our AI assistants handle calls on behalf of the businesses that use our service. When you call a business using our service, you are interacting with an AI voice assistant, not a human representative.

2. SMS Communications

By calling a business that uses our service, or by providing your phone number to such a business, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, including:

• Missed call follow-up messages
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Responses to your questions or requests

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.

To opt out of SMS messages: Reply STOP to any message.
For help: Reply HELP to any message.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our AI assistants or business clients
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to flood our services with calls or messages

4. AI Disclosure

Our voice assistants are powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• The AI may occasionally misunderstand or provide incorrect information
• The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• Important details (appointments, reservations) should be confirmed directly with the business

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100
• We are not responsible for actions taken by the businesses that use our service

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers including Twilio (communications), Vapi (voice AI), and others. Your use of our services is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
